The dye gel is suitable for colouring (roller) fondant, marzipan, butter crème, sugar-paste and batters, among other things. Use Instructions Brand New Cake Colouring Gel Chocolate Brown 35gr
Add colouring gel to the product you want to colour using, for example, a saté/coctail stick. It is advisable to use a clean/new skewer when changing colour. Do you want the product to have a darker colour? Then add some more dye. If you want a lighter colour, be careful with the dye. Knead the product well into fondant and sugar paste. Do you use the colouring gel in liquid products such as butter crème? If so, stir the colouring well into the liquid.

We recommend dripping the dye in the middle of, for example, fondant. This is because then you keep your hands clean the most. Of course, you can also wear gloves when using dye gels.

Storage
Stored tightly closed in original packaging, in a cool environment, out of reach of direct sunlight or heat source.
