With BrandNewCake Dye Gel Blue you can give (rolling) fondant, marzipan, buttercream, sugar-paste, batters and much more a great blue colour. Simply add some food colouring gel until you obtain desired colour. Apart from the colour blue, BrandNewCake's food colouring gels are available in various other colours.

Use instructions
Add food colouring gel to the product you want to colour using, for example, a skewer/ cocktail stick. By the way, use a different clean toothpick for each colour. Do you want the product to be darker in colour? Then add some more dye. If you want a lighter colour, be sparing with the dye. Then stir or knead the product well. We recommend keeping the dye in the middle of, for example, fondant, to keep your hands the cleanest. Of course, you can also put on gloves before colouring the product to make sure your hands stay clean. After colouring, you can immediately continue processing the product into what you have in mind.

Storage
This product should be kept tightly closed in its original packaging. In addition, store it in a cool environment, away from direct sunlight or heat source.
