Use instructions
Add a little Brand New Cake Dye Gel Black 35gr to the product you want to colour using, for example, a saté/coctail stick. Are you adding colouring gel to a batter or crème? Then we recommend stirring the product well into the batter. Do you want the product to have a darker colour? Then add some more dye. If you want a lighter colour, be sparing with the colourant. Would you like to colour fondant with the colouring gel? Then we recommend putting a few drops of colouring gel on the fondant and kneading the colouring well through it.

Advised to keep the dye in the centre of, say, fondant, to keep your hands the cleanest. Using gloves is also a possibility, of course.

Stored tightly closed in original packaging, in a cool place, out of reach of direct sunlight or heat source.
