BrandNewCake Dye Gel Azure Blue 1kg
With the Brand New Cake Dye Gel Azure Blue you can give (rolling) fondant, marzipan, buttercream, sugar-paste, batters and other products a beautiful azure blue colour. Simply add some dye-gel until you have obtained your desired colour! Besides azure blue, BrandNewCake dye gels are available in many other colours.
Use instructions
Add a bit of food colouring gel to the product you want to colour using, for example, a skewer/coctail stick. We do recommend using a clean/new skewer per dye gel. Do you want the product to be darker in colour? Then add some more dye. If you want a light colour, be sparing with the dye. You can easily stir the gel colouring into liquid products such as butter cream. Do you want to colour fondant, for example? Then place the food colouring gel in the middle of the product. This is because then you keep your hands the cleanest. Of course, you can also wear gloves to prevent the product from getting on your hands. Then knead the dye gel through the fondant.
Storage advice
Store the Brand New Cake Dye Gel Azure Blue tightly sealed in the original packaging in a cool environment. Also store the product away from direct sunlight or a heat source.
