With the BrandNewCake Cupcake Mix Vanilla 400g. Gluten-free makes it easy to put the tastiest gluten-free cupcakes on the table. The cupcakes have a delicious vanilla flavour by themselves. Of course you can make the cupcakes in all kinds of different themes by decorating them in a certain way. Fun to hand out at a birthday, wedding, baby shower or other party!

Recipe for 12 cupcakes:
Requirements:
-400g BrandNewCake Cupcake Mix
-120g soft butter*
-200g eggs (approx. 3-4 pieces) 

Kitchen utensils: hand mixer, bowl, metal cupcake mould and (paper) cupcake tins.

Tools: hand mixer, bowl, metal cupcake mould and (paper) cupcake tins. *Want a lactose-free recipe? Then add 120g of seed oil instead of butter.

Preparation:

1.        Preheat the oven to 170°C (hot-air oven 160°C).

2.        Place the mix in a bowl and add the softened butter and the eggs.

3.        Mix the mixture on medium-high speed for about 5 minutes.

4.        Cover a cupcake tin with paper baking tins.

5.        Fill the moulds to about half with batter.

6.        Bake in 25-30 minutes until done.
