Want to make gluten-free chocolate cupcakes? You can do so very easily with the BrandNewCake Cupcake mix Chocolate 400g. Gluten-free! With this cake mix, you can put delicious chocolate cupcakes on the table in no time. Of course, you can fill and/or top the cakes with a filling or topping of your choice if you wish.

-400g
BrandNewCake Cupcake Mix
-135g soft butter*
-200g eggs (approx. 3-4 pieces)
Kitchen utensils: hand mixer, bowl, metal cupcake/muffin mould
and (paper) baking tins.
Any other utensils are needed.
*Want
a lactose-free recipe? Then add 120g of seed oil instead of butter.
Preparation:
1.
Preheat the oven to 170°C (hot-air oven
160°C).
2.
Place the mix in a bowl and add the softened butter and
the eggs.
3.
Mix the mixture on medium-high speed for
about 5 minutes.
4.
Cover a cupcake tin with paper
baking tins.
5.
Fill the moulds to about halfway with
batter.
6. Bake in
25-30 minutes until cooked.
