This oil-based colouring works well with chocolate and cocoa butter, delivering a bright yellow tone. For the brightest yellow results, use white chocolate; dark chocolate is harder to colour yellow. Beyond chocolate, this oil-based colouring can also tint other fatty ingredients.

It is not recommended for marzipan, fondant, or direct moulding in chocolate.

How to use
Shake the bottle well, then add a few drops to your melted chocolate or ganache and stir until you reach the shade you want.
