Brand New Cake Black Colourpaste 100 grams
The black colourpaste from Brand New Cake is perfect for colouring your marzipan, fondant, flower paste or other substrates. You can also use the black colour paste to give butter crème, crème Chantilly or other crèmes a beautiful black colour. You can also use this colouring paste to give dough a black colour. Keep those spooky black biscuits coming!
The black colouring paste is of natural origin and for food colouring. The black colouring present was obtained by burning plant material (carbon).
How to use
1. Remove the desired amount of colouring paste from the jar with a toothpick.
2. Apply the colour to your product. For a darker or deeper colour, use more colour paste.
3. Knead well and you can start working with the coloured product. If you want a marbled effect, knead for less time.
4. Try to keep the colour paste in the centre of the product as much as possible to avoid coloured hands.
