Brand New Cake Black Colour Paste 100 g
This concentrated black colour paste makes it easy to tint marzipan, fondant, flower paste and other edible surfaces. It also works well for tinting buttercream, Chantilly cream, other fillings, or dough, making it simple to create spooky black biscuits or dramatic decorated cakes.

This natural black colouring is derived from burned plant material (carbon) and is suitable for colouring food.

How to use
1. Use a clean skewer to remove the desired amount of paste from the jar.
2. Dot the colour onto your marzipan, fondant, flower paste, buttercream, Chantilly cream, or dough. For deeper black, simply add more paste.
3. Knead until evenly distributed, then begin shaping or decorating; for a marbled effect, knead only briefly.
4. Keep the paste towards the centre of your dough or icing to prevent coloured hands.

Ingredients: 18% carbo medicinalis vegetabilis, sucrose, glycerol, propylene glycol, preservatives: E211 / E202.
