Brand New Cake Bavarois Powder Neutral 800g
Fancy a delicious airy pudding? Then go for a traditional bavarois! With this powder mix from Brand New Cake, you can make a delicious bavarois/mousse easily and quickly. Add some extra ingredients to make it your own creation. What will you fill your mousse with? With strawberries, caramel, raspberries, macaroons, lemon or do you go for a completely different flavour?
Procedure
1. Whip the whipped cream until lumpy.
2. Mix the bavarois powder with the water (and any seasoning). Gently spatula this mixture directly into the whipped cream.
3. Pour the mixture into the suitable mould as desired.
4. Let the bavarois set in the fridge for about one hour.
