BrandNewCake Bakeproof Chocolate Chunks Pure 300g
Bakeproof chocolate chunks from the Brand New Cake brand. These chunks can be baked along with e.g. (cup) cakes, biscuits, etc. Chunks are slightly larger than 'drops' and therefore more suitable for cookies.
Procedure: add the desired amount of chunks to the product (such as dough).
Size chunk: approximately 7x5mm
Content: 300g (packed in resealable container)
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa mass (33%), cocoa butter (8%), emulsifier: E322 (soy), natural flavouring (vanilla). For allergens, see bold ingredients. May contain traces of: milk, nuts (nuts). Contains a minimum of 40% cocoa solids.
