Recipe for 1 Apple-Cinnamon Cake Ø18-20cm
Requirements:
-400g BrandNewCake Apple-Cinnamon Cake Mix
-150g soft butter*
-150g eggs (approx. 3 pieces)
Kitchen utensils: hand mixer, bowl and a baking tin of approx.
Ø18-20 cm.
*Want
a lactose-free recipe? Then add 150g of seed oil instead of butter.
Preparation:
1.
Preheat the oven to 170°C (hot-air oven
160°C) and grease the baking tin.
2.
Place the mix in a bowl and add the softened butter and
the eggs.
3.
Mix the mixture on medium-high speed for
about 5 minutes.
4.
Pour the batter into the greased baking tin.
5.
Bake for 30 minutes until done.
Ingredients: sugar, rice flour, corn flour, dried
apple 6%, sweetener: sorbitol (E420); emulsifiers: polyglycerol ester of
fatty acids (E475), polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate (E433); cinnamon 1%, raising agents diphosphates (E450),
sodium carbonates (E500); thickeners: guar gum (E412), sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (E466);
acidity regulator: citric acid (E330); salt.
Agents: May contain traces of milk, egg, soya and
nuts.
