Usage:
This hydro-alcoholic colouring is ideal for chocolate-based creations. Use it to airbrush or brush chocolate directly, or apply it to moulds for evenly coloured pieces. You can also colour chocolate moulds (by airbrush or brush) before pouring in chocolate. Beyond chocolate, the colouring works on biscuits, cakes, rolled fondant, marzipan and other sweets. Shake well before use and re-shake as needed during application. Clean your airbrush gun with airbrush cleaner.
