De Banketbakker (Cees Holtkamp)
Ten years after the publication of the book 'De Banketbakker', the book has been given a new look. The cover has changed from white to blue; so it has become 'De Banketbakker 2.0', i.e. two croquettes instead of one on the front. The inside of the book has been completely revamped. The inside has a new layout, new photos and, on top of that, more than 20 comprehensive recipes. This classic should not be missing in any household.
