Book: A Book of Bread - Issa Niemeijer
Bread is everyday and familiar, but A Book of Bread is exceptional and surprising. While it teaches you how to make the perfect baguette, it takes bread baking back to basics, to understanding, feeling and intuïtie. Accessible and unpretentious.
