This blue steelrusk capis ideal for making rusks and/or rusk balls. Homemade fresh rusk balls will be much tastier than the pre-packaged ones! This is why many bakers are deciding to make their own rusks again! Dimensions 115x30mm.
Instructions for use:
Before use, wash the rusk mould thoroughly with washing-up liquid.
Allow to dry thoroughly and then grease.
When greasing, it is important to use vegetable oil or fat and not too much.
Place the mould in the oven at 220°C for about 20 minutes.
When the mould is no longer steaming, it is ready for use.
Lightly grease it with vegetable oil or fat before each use.
Do not clean after each use, just wipe with kitchen paper.
