BioVegan Spelt Sourdough Liquid Organic 100g
The BioVegan Spelt Sourdough Liquid Organic 100g provides a juicy spelt bread and also ensures that the bread stays fresh longer. To bake a loaf with this product, yeast does need to be added. The bag contains 100g and this requires 1 kilo of flour and 2 bags of BioVegan Master Baker's Yeast Organic 7g. With this quantity, you can make 2 loaves of bread. After opening the packaging, the liquid spelt flour can be kept sealed in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. This liquid leaven cannot be used to make sourdough starter.
Ingredients: water, milled wheat (spelt)*, starter cultures*, brandy vinegar*, salt. *From controlled organic cultivation. May contain traces of soya, mustard, lupin and nuts.
