BioVegan Rye Sourdough Flour Organic 150g
The BioVegan Rye Sourdough Flour Organic 150g is ideal for making rye sourdough bread. This rye sourdough liquid has been matured in vats in the traditional way and is immediately usable for baking. Handy to know, though, is that it is necessary to add yeast to the bread. The sachet contains 150 grams. To make bread, add 1 kilo of flour and 2 sachets of BioVegan Master Baker's Yeast Organic 7g.
Ingredients: water, ground rye products*, starter cultures, alcohol vinegar*, citric acid: lactic acid. *From controlled organic cultivation. May contain traces of soya, mustard, lupine and nuts.
