BioVegan Protein Substitute Organic 2x10g
The BioVegan Protein Substitute Organic 2x10g is a perfect vegan protein alternative. You can use this protein substitute to make macaroons, sponge cakes, meringues, chocolate mousse and even mayonnaise, among other things. Ideal for vegetarians and vegans. The sachet contains 2x10 grams, which equals about 4 proteins.
Preparation:Add 75 ml of water to 10 grams of protein powder (2 heaped tablespoons). Then beat this to a stiff mixture in 5 minutes. This mixture is equivalent to 2 egg whites. Need more protein? For every 10 grams of powder, the beating time is extended by 1 minute.
