The BioVegan Master Baker's Yeast Organic 7g gives lightness to bread and makes bread dough rise. Mix the sachet of yeast evenly through the flour and avoid direct contact with water. The pack contains 7g, which is enough for 500g of flour and is equivalent to half a cube of fresh yeast. Do not store this sachet above 32°C.

Ingredients: fresh dried yeast*. *From controlled organic cultivation. May contain traces of soya, lupine and nuts.
