    BioVegan Jam Sugar 2:1 Organic 500g
    BioVegan Jam Sugar 2:1Organic 500g is perfect for making classic jam. This jam sugar has a ratio of 2 parts fruit to 1 part sugar, which also gives the jam a long shelf life. Each 500 g pack is ideal for 1 kg of fruit or 700 ml of juice, and all you need to add is VitaVegan Citric Acid (10 g) or the juice of one lemon. To check if the jam is ready, spoon a small amount onto a chilled plate; if it feels soft, continue cooking for a minute or two and test again.

    For fruit jams, combine 1 kg prepared fruit with the jelly sugar and lemon juice in a saucepan, stir gently, and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes, then ladle into clean jars, seal, and invert for 5 minutes.

    For juice jellies, warm 700 mlof juice, then stir in the jelly sugar and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, reduce the heat, and simmer for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into a clean jar, seal, and invert for 5 minutes to create a perfect seal.
