BioVegan Guar Gum Binder Organic 100g
The BioVegan Guar Gum Binder Organic 100g is a binder and thickener for cold dishes. For example, use the guar gum in dips or salad dressings. The flour is organic, gluten-free and vegan. The pack contains 100 grams. For a light binding, add 3 grams (1 level tablespoon) of guar gum to 250 ml of liquid.
Preparation:Mix the liquid on the highest setting and gradually add the guar gum with a fine sieve. Keep mixing until the mixture thickens and becomes creamy.
Ingredients: guar gum* (E412). *From controlled organic cultivation. May contain traces of soya, lupine and nuts.
