    BioVegan Red Organic Covering Jelly 2x7g
    This red topping jelly is ideal for finishing cakes with red fruits, delivering a natural red hue and a soft, velvety set.

    Preparation: Stir the contents of the packet into 250 ml of cold water and sweeten to taste, if desired. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring continuously for 2 minutes, then let it cool for about 10 minutes until it becomes creamy. Spread the warm glaze evenly over the cake, starting from the centre, using a tablespoon. Allow the cake to cool for about 30 minutes before slicing.
