Perforated baking tray made of uncoated lightweight aluminium. This baking tray has 3 raised edges at an angle of 90°  (welded corners) and 1 open side (scoop edge). Perforated baking tray ideal for products where better heat circulation in the oven is important.

Always grease or grease the baking tray.

Always grease or use with Teflon or baking paper.

Aluminium is a soft type of metal. Scratches may occur during production. This does not affect usability and/or baking results.
