Bakels Ganache(Truffle) Choco White 6kg Ready-to-use
Delicious white chocolate ganache (also called truffle) from the Bakels brand. The ganache/truffle has many applications, it can be used as topping or dip on drip cakes, (cup)cakes or donuts. But also suitable as a filling in a cake. Can also be used as topping in shortbread, as flavouring and decoration in ice cream sundaes or as flavouring in bavaroise.
Procedure: Melt the ganache in the microwave or au bain-marie and process in this way. Let it set in the fridge or freezer.
-For moulded chocolates, soften the truffle in the microwave and pour it into the chocolate moulds, let it set in the fridge.
-For a butter crème or soft bonbon/tart filling, put 150g of butter (at room temperature) and a container of ganache (260g) in the food processor and beat with the butterfly for 5 min. Add chocolate colouring if required.
