Bakels Profiterole Mix 15kg
The Bakels Profiterole Mix 15kg is a great base for baking profiteroles. To make the batter, add water and egg to the powder. Mix with a butterfly whisk for about 5 to 6 minutes. Then pipe the desired amount of batter onto a baking tray and bake.

You can fill and decorate the cream puffs as you wish. The mix is a good base for banana cream puffs, chocolate cream puffs, classic cream puffs and much more!

Recipe and instructions:

300 grams Bakels Cream Puff Mix
300 grams Water
400 grams Eggs

Mix all ingredients for 5 minutes using the butterfly attachment on the planetary mixer set to the second speed.
Pipe approximately 40 grams of batter per choux onto a greased and floured baking sheet.
Baking temperature: 260°C–240°C, Baking time: approx. 32 min with steam; open the door after approx. 6 min.
