Bakels Caramel Millionaires 12.5kg Ready-to-eat
Delicious luxury caramel from Bakels. The 'millionaris' caramel has multiple uses. Use as a dip or topping for cakes, doughnuts, cupcakes or drip cake. Also use as a filling in caramel shortbread or as a decoration and flavouring in ice cream sundaes.

Procedure: Melt the caramel in the microwave or au bain-marie and process as is. Let it set in the fridge or freezer.
-For moulded bonbons, soften the caramel in the microwave and pour it into the bonbon moulds, let it set in the fridge.
-For a butter crème or soft bonbon/tart filling , put 165g of cream butter (at room temperature) and a container of caramel (300g) in the food processor and beat with the butterfly in 5 min until fluffy.
