Delicious soaking liquid with an alcohol content of 8% for flavouring/soaking cakes, sponge cakes, desserts, bonbons, etc. When assembling your cake, lightly sprinkle the layers with this soaking liqueur to make the sponge cake moist and give it a delicious aroma.

Tip: Soak a slice of sponge cake in this liqueur and place it at the bottom of a glass or dish. Then build it up with cream, bavaroise, custard, fresh fruit, pieces of meringue, etc. for a delicious dessert.
