Aquafaba Powder Vegetable Protein Substitute Concentrated 300g
You can replace protein with this concentrated Aquafaba Powder. Aquafaba is perfect for the vegan or for people who cannot tolerate eggs well. When you whip up aquafaba, you get a substance similar to beaten egg whites. You can use it as a substitute, where you would otherwise use egg as a binder. Method of preparation
1. Add 10 grams of the product to 150 grams of boiled water (50 - 60 °C).
2. Stir and cover with a lid.
3. Wait two to three minutes.
4. The product is ready to use.
Replace eggs
1/2 tsp aquafaba + 3 tbsp water = 1 egg
1/3 tsp aquafaba = 2 tbsp water = 1 egg white
30 g aquafaba + 450 ml water = 10 eggs
30 g aquafaba + 450 ml water = 15 egg whites
