Marzipan 1:2 Cold Method 10 kg.
The Marzipan 1:2 Cold Method 10 kg. is made according to the quick, cold method. In the cold method, almonds and sugar are rolled into marzipan without further heating. This production method has the great advantage that (due to the lack of heating) there is no change in flavour. A disadvantage, however, is that the final product has a shorter shelf life due to this method. However, do you want to use the product in the short term? Then this marzipan is an excellent choice!
This marzipan has a delicious taste and can be used for various purposes. For example, make beautiful decorations with it to decorate cakes and other pastries. If you wish, you can also very well colour this product in any desired colour. The best way to do this is to use a colouring gel. Put some of the colouring in the centre of the marzipan and knead the colour well into it. Repeat these steps until you have the desired colour.

Processing: Allow the marzipan to reach bakery temperature (21°C) for at least 24 hours before processing. Work with clean tools and avoid
contact with flour (dust), this prevents the risk of fermentation. Spray your products with cocoa butter. Store the figures cool and dry.
Store: well-sealed, in original packaging, in a dry, clean and dark place at 15-20°C.
